I love the Jeeves series as a break from some of the heavier reading i am used to. Inimitable delivered but I enjoyed the topics of the few others from the series that I have read more. I will continue the series.

In the summer of 1974, a 14-year-old girl in Dolton, Illinois, had a dream - a dream to become an actress. But it was a long way from the South Side of Chicago to Hollywood, and it didn’t help that she’d recently dropped out of the school play, The Ugly Duckling, or that the Hollywood casting directors she wrote to replied that "professional training was a requirement". But the funny thing is, it all came true....

    Story

One of the most introspective biographies I have ever read. Jane Lynch is not just telling stories about her life to get an emotional reaction out of the reader, She self analyzes the events in her past as well as her emotional state of mind/being throughout.
Hers is a tale of a real person, an average person, who became more than average. Unlike most celebrity biographies I have read, where the story is amped up to seem as "Larger than life" as the books subject, Happy Accidents is well grounded in the real world. Both her story and it's delivery are fantastically communicated.
I not only suggest this audiobook to anyone who is a fan of Glee, Jane's Movies and various television roles or biographies in general, but also that Jane Lynch write MORE books and we read them all.

I liked Jane Lynch before this book... Now I am awed by the extent of her drive, talent and humanity (even when that humanity is inhumanly grumpy)
