"Loved it!"
I've listened to a number of Dekker's books and loved this as much, if not more, than the others. I especially appreciated how the combination of a serial killer, mental illness, and a girl that doesn't shower so thoroughly demonstrated how much God loves us.
"So that's what happened"
I always wanted more information on Watergate-I only ever knew it as a term. I found this book to be very interesting while clearly offering the facts. There were many names, which I think would have been easier to internalize if I had been reading them on a page, and so I think I've mostly forgotten who did what. There was a lot of 'colorful' language and while I could have done without it, I understand most of it to be direct quotations. With all that being said, I loved the book and would recommend it to anyone who loves history.
"Refreshed my walk with God"
I've never actually gotten through a Christian book(besides the Bible) until this one. I looked forward to coming back to it each time. It isn't terribly academic and is really pertinent to everyday life. I loved the cultural and historical references and found it to really refresh my Christianity and my reverence for God. As any Christian book should-it points you right back to the Bible. Too bad there aren't more books by Bell available.
"Interesting and Fast Paced"
I really enjoyed this book as I have enjoyed several others by Larson. It maintained a fast pace and remained interesting until the very last sentence.
"Educational and exciting"
I thoroughly enjoyed the book. It remained very interesting and engaging the entire way through and was both educational and entertaining.
"First book on cd"
This was my first experience with a book on cd. It was engaging and suspensful if not a little long winded. Somewhat disappointed at the ending, but overall was enjoyable and would recommend it.
