Based on Cesar's own detailed experiences raising individual puppies from some of the most popular breeds, How to Raise the Perfect Dog is like having Cesar right beside you, as your own personal expert, coaching you and your dog from the first day of your life together.

I believe Cesar Milan is a great dog trainer. Even though his show is heavily edited to show 'quick' results, his methods are solid. I was hoping for more from this book but was somewhat disappointed. Not all of us have a well-trained dog in our pack to help with raising a new pup/dog.

Not narrated by him and I would have preferred that.

Why we think it’s a great listen: The most celebrated performance in all of Audible’s history, The Help has nearly 2,000 5-star reviews from your fellow listeners. We hear the print book’s not bad, either. In pitch-perfect voices, Kathryn Stockett creates three extraordinary women whose determination to start a movement of their own forever changes a town, and the way women - mothers, daughters, caregivers, friends - view one another.

    Overall

I grew up in the Deep South and am often reluctant to read novels written by "those who think they know". Kathryn Stockett really does KNOW. The 'voices' are incredibly well done and the story is so reminiscent of what I witnessed as a child and young adult. It made me sad, proud, hopeful, and happy. A great story wrapped in the blanket of truth.

One of the best listens ever!

The fascinating, often surprising story of how a simple black rock altered the course of history. Yet the mundane mineral that built our global economy, and even today powers our electrical plants, has also caused death, disease, and environmental destruction. In this remarkable book, Barbara Freese takes us on a rich historical journey that begins three hundred million years ago and spans the globe.

This was a revealing, insightful book that was well narrated. The subject makes it hard to listen to but the narration along with the content made it a compelling listen.
