"First time review"
An ending.
Not sure. I have a few books that I've already purchased
George Guidall always does a great reading.
I should do more reviews. I just finished this book and I am angry. The ending is abrupt. No conclusion. I guess Robin Cook thinks he is writing a series so he thinks he can get away with this. Because of this ending, I may never read another Robin Cook novel, and I have liked him in the past. It is always obvious in a series that there will be more to the story, but there is some type on conclusion to the book. This one just stops. Period. In the middle of the action. I feel like I wasted my time. It's sad when a good author decides to short change his/her readers to make another buck. That's what I feel like here.
"Excellent Book"
This was an excellent book. It held my interest from beginning to end. MacLeod Andrews was great. It is definitely worth a credit. I loved how Maggie was a whole character. If you love dogs, you will especially like this book.
"Another top author selling out his fans for money."
I've read the reviews, and some have liked it. I can't imagine why. The "heroine" of this tale is a fool.
Probably not, although I have a few James Patterson novels to listen to. If David Ellis is the "co-writer" I don't think I can stand to even try them. This is an unreal premise, and nothing about this novel sounds real. If one is French, I wouldn't advise listening to it especially. It's a shame. I've really been a fan of James Patterson in the past, but if he is going to put his name on something like this, I may go the way I have gone with Patricia Cornwall (if that is the correct name). It's been so many years since I have bought one of her books, I'm not sure..
She is really good. It's a shame her talent was wasted on this.
Anger at the sheer stupidity.
