I love Mr. McCullough's work, and I enjoy listening to him speak. This was very enjoyable, something I will listen to time and time again.
This is another great novel and I highly recommend reading it, but it may be best to consider another narration. Although the voices were done well, if inconsistently, the sentences were not read with appropriate diction. This ensured the listener must apply great effort in order to comprehend the reading. Additionally, the last sentence is not clear, spoiling the end of the novel.
This is primarily recollections, only lightly touching on controversial issues of today. It is light and fun and very entertainingly read by the author. Worth your time and money if you enjoy the "bold fresh" gentleman.
This seems to be a name dropping drill to prove how all of Hollywood has embraced Ceasar. Good for you. What I was hoping for was a little information on dogs.
I was very turned off by the comments regarding coming to this country illegally, "and proud of it".
I am sorry I spent the money on this book.
The children did not care for this, and neither did I. It nears being obnoxious!
Wonderfully narrated! I enjoyed it as much as my 11 -year-old nephew!
Really entertaining story.
Love Hawthorne. Great narration.
All P.G. Wodehouse tales are great! Narration great!
This version will be listened to again and again!
I am hooked on these P.G. Wodehouse titles, and this one is very light and entertaining, as anticipated. Wonderful narration!
