    What disappointed you about The Conch Bearer?

    Completely stolen from the Harry Potter books, a total rip off of the story. Alan Cummings is great but couldn't get past the first hour.


    Would you ever listen to anything by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni again?

    Is there anything you would change about this book?

    I can hardly stand to listen to Dick Hill. His women's voices are just horrible and I think he makes Reacher sound like a jerk. Now that Lee Childs has let hollywood cast Tom Cruise...I just don't know where this is going. Anyway, its a long story with a great beginning and ending just way too many characters and too much guessing wrong. Not like Reacher to go off on 2 wild goose chases.


    Who was your favorite character and why?

    Nagly, I want to know more about her character. Reacher respects her in every way.


    How could the performance have been better?

    Needed to be read by someone else. Women all sound like breathless bimbos, and they are not written that way.


    Do you think Bad Luck and Trouble needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

    It has one.

    Would you listen to The Hobbit again? Why?

    Yes, The Hobbit is a delightful story and each time I hear it I enjoy something new. I haven't read this since high school in the late 70's. I wanted to get it fresh in my mind before the movies come out.


    Who was your favorite character and why?

    Bilbo is my favorite character because he presses on even thru his fear and overcomes fear to be great.


    Have you listened to any of Rob Inglis’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    No, but I will look for his work again.


    Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

    Yes, I was angered at how ungracious the dwarfs were and how quickly they forgot they owed their lives to Bilbo's quick thinking.
