    I found the story pretty original and fresh. A very interesting twist on the supernatural. That is saying a lot considering how much sci-fi and fantasy lit there is.. It was a good listen, the narrator was good. I will buy the sequel.

    I don't see how this book has such a high rating , the characters do not flow well together. The story does not make the romance (if you can call it that) between the two main characters very believable. The language of Maddox resembles more a caveman than someone who lived with Greek Gods. Extremely anticlimactic storyline, found I was constantly fast forwarding hoping it would get better but never did.
