    This was put together by someone who cares about quality not making money. It has a great intro to Kundalini. It backs everything up with brilliant music for mediation. If you are going to buy a meditation audiobook, this is the only one you would ever need. Again, this book was made for quality, not profit.

Buy it, if you need to kick start your life. I only gave it four stars, because it would have been nice to have the workbook that comes with the course.
