"I couldn't help laughing out loud"
I was convinced I don't like fantasy novels until this one and I am a Neil Gaiman fan after this book. The narration was excellent and the story is just a delight to listen to.
"Waste of time"
I am on the second half of the book and I can't help wonder why I am wasting my time on this one. What really is the point of this book?
"Tedious and a big let down"
As a fan of Lion's Game, this book was a huge disappointment for me. I survived part one and wondered what the author accomplished for eight hours besides wasting my time. I didn't make it to part two.
"Letdown after The Chairman"
I liked Stephen Frey since listening to the Chairman and Protege. I am half way through this book, but I am finding it hard to continue. The narrator does not help as she can't come close to the level of other Stephen Frey books. The old family Southern racial stereotype and the crusade against racism is getting old. You need to up your game Stephen and stick to strong narrators like Scott Brick.
"Waste of time"
As a Chrichton fan, this book was a total disappointment.
Throughout the book, it does not even feel like listening to a novel. Sure, the author did a lot of research on gentics, but the result was a lot of anecdotes listed without any rationale or connection to the story. As for the story, I started wondering if there was any and then the author seems to remember about it half way through the book and tries to wrap up his list of stories on genetic research.

"Need more Eisler titles"
Good listening material. I hope audible adds more titles from the author.
