While I enjoyed listening to this audio book, I realized that two things were missing. 1) Photographs - which could have been included in a PDF file (an example is Jackie Kennedy's interviews on JFK found at audible.com) 2) Teddy Roosevelt's involvement with the Free Masons - a big part of his latter years is completely missing. [ Theodore Roosevelt, said in 1902,
