The narrator was excellent!
Any other Heather Graham paranormal novel.
The ending -- at the sugar mill. That's all I'll write so I don't give the ending away.
I love how Ms. Graham took the time to develop her characters and the story line. Plus, the narrator's voice for each character was incredible. I'd definitely listen to her again.
Yes, the characters are very engaging and the narrator was really good.
Ash -- I thought his character was the most realistic.
Lila - she did a really good job of bringing her to life.
Overall, the book was really good. She kind of lost me at the end and Lila's character became really annoying. Almost wanted to stop listening (not giving anything away). But it was worth sitting through to get to the end.
First of all, I'm not done with the book, but so far, it's pretty good. I have one complaint though, if Ms.Graham is going to use characters from other books, she needs to remember their relationship to each other. I read all 3 Bone Island trilogy books and David and Liam Beckett are cousins NOT brothers as she has them in this book. Also, in the book she refers to O'Hara's as O'Briens a couple of times. Sorry, a bit annoying.
Normally love Heather Graham. The Cafferty & Quinn series is great, as well as the Krew of Hunters. But this book is awful.
Yes, I would.
Male voices sucked.
Kelsey, absolutely annoying. Strong women are great, but she was just stupid.
Yeah, skip this book. I couldn't get past chapter 3.
A better story line.
I love Heather Grhaam's books and have read many of them. I just finished the 2nd book in the Cafferty & Quinn series and loved it. This one, however, was just boring.
None. I couldn't connect to any of the characters. Found them all to be boring or annoying. If anything, the best part of this book is the fact the narrator was good.
Disappointment. Ms. Graham's books are usually well written.
Yeah, skip this one. Not worth the credit.
Best - Mark. Least - Alessande. She was one of the most annoying characters.
I've listened to many books by Heather Graham and read even more. This book is probably one of my least favorites.
Kind of bland.
If you're really bored check it out. It will hold your interest but just not one of Heather Graham's best books.
Not quite finished with it but so glad I've read all the other Krewe of Hunters books. Also, I'm glad Jackson and Angela's character's developed more in other story lines because this one isn't the best.
I've read nearly all of her books. Surprised I hadn't read this one yet, although glad I didn't.
It's ok. Much prefer Luke Daniels. Since he's the one I've listened to the most I was left a bit disappointed listening to Mr. Cummings.
Better chemistry between the two leads.
If this is your first read for Heather Graham, don't let it deter you. Her other books are great. Give them a chance.
Please tell me it gets better. I'm already tired of hearing about Ilya and he's the main love interest in this book. It is always a constant description of how he makes her feel? Kinda nauseating.
I'll give it a few more chapters but if it's the same I feel I may not be finishing this book. At least the narrator is good.
The storyline itself was just bad. The characters were quite annoying.
Honestly, she never should have written it.
Disappointment. I usually love Julie Garwood's books, but not this one.
Skip this one.
This is honestly one of the first books by Heather Graham that I did not like. Plus, I usually love Luke Daniels as a narrator but this was not up to his usual standards. The storyline was weak as were it's characters.
She could've made some the characters a bit more serious.
It did. But overall was not thrilled with the narration.
I feel like this was a waste of a credit.
