Here is a tautly paced investigation of one the 20th century's most audacious art frauds, which generated hundreds of forgeries - many of them still hanging in prominent museums and private collections today. Provenance is the extraordinary narrative of one of the most far-reaching and elaborate deceptions in art history.

A fascinating book on the art world and human nature. It is amazing the influence one person can have on others.

Her new husband is everything she wants, and she loves that a chance coincidence allows for her to meet his best friend on their honeymoon. Things went a bit differently than expected, though, because instead of an introduction and a handshake, she gets two hard cocks, her first anal sex, and double penetration!

What would have made Double Teamed on My Honeymoon better?

The sexual portions of the book were mere descriptions of what was happening. There was no mention of the emotional or physical reactions. The narrator's style was also clinical, lacking inflection. The sexual aspects of the book were said in the same tone as everything else. NOTE: I couldn't finish listening to the story.

Would you ever listen to anything by Nancy Brockton again?

    Not without previewing the story

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Her delivery didn't change even when reading the sexual part of the book.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

I can't answer this fairly because I didn't finish listening to the story.

It's been months since Brian Sinclair, lead guitarist for the famous rock band Sinners, composed anything. Unable to write the music that once flowed so naturally, Brian is lost without his musical mojo. But when sexy psychology professor Myrna Evans comes on tour to study groupie mentality, Brian may have found the spark he needs to reignite his musical genius. When lust turns to love, will Brian be able to convince Myrna that what they have is more than just a fling, and that now that he's found his heart's muse, he doesn't want to live without her?

Would you listen to Backstage Pass again? Why?

I have already listened to this book several times. The characters and story line kept my interest.

    Any additional comments?

Each book focuses on one member of the band and is told from that person's perspective. The books should be read in order as the books build upon each other and cover some previous story line but told from another character's perspective. By the end of the series, I felt that I really knew these people. For some unknown reason, books 1,2,3, and 5 are currently available. Book 4 has an August 2013 release date.

    Overall

The information contained in the audio book is very comprehensive, but I found the audio book format ineffectual for learning the material. I did a lot of rewinding in order to grasp the concepts. I finally stopped listening. Make sure to check out the narrator before purchasing. She spoke too quickly for me.

In 1919, young couple Tommy Beresford and Tuppence Cowley form a partnership, hiring themselves out as "young adventurers". Their first case, which involves finding documents, is more of an adventure than they expect, however. Tommy and Tuppence know that Jane Finn was carrying top secret documents when she disappeared five years ago. What they don't know is that a killer is targeting a sinister older woman because she knows all about Jane. And soon Tommy and Tuppence are themselves in grave danger.

I loved this book. It was refreshing to hear an Agatha Christie novel that I hadn't ready seen on tv and with new characters. I was kept guessing until the end.

From the author of such travel adventure classics as Jaguars Ripped My Flesh and Road Fever, comes an informative and entertaining travelogue through one of America's favorite destinations: Yellowstone National Park. On his several-hundred-mile trek across the wilderness, the author explores such natural wonders as glaciers and geysers, muses about the microbiology of thermal pools, and witnesses moonbows arcing across waterfalls at midnight.

    "Too repetitive"
    Overall

I found this book to be very repetitive especially with second part of the book being recycled material. The recycled bits were just thrown into this book without any consideration of deleting material already covered. There were a few interesting parts, but not enough to recommend this book to someone - or to listen to it again.

The eminent detective Hercule Poirot is relaxing at a picturesque seaside resort where the rich and famous take their holidays. There, duty calls Poirot when the body of beautiful and flirtatious actress Arlena Marshall is found strangled to death. Everyone on the island is a suspect, and the crime presents Poirot with one of the most baffling and surprising puzzles of his career.

    "Too many characters"
    Overall

For me, this book did not translate well into in an audio book. There were too many characters to keep track of, especially since I listened over a four-day period.
