I loved the story. I found it exciting and accurate.
Richard preston's description of what it's like to ascend high up in the canopy was right on! All of us tree climbers should give this one a listen. Two thumbs up!

"great book!"
I loved this story! I didn't realise that this was the original scroll when I downloaded it. But I'm so glad I did, It was so great hearing the real names of the characters from Kerouac's famous book (on the road). The narrouter did an excellent job as well.I had some great laughs!
"great storey!!!"
I saw the movie first on line off of i tunes, and loved it! I couldn't get enough. Chris McCandless was such an inspiration to so many people, including myself. His desire to live his life on his own terms and with such enthusiasm was something I could really identify with. I too felt that the letter to the old man was great.
Just to live life to the fullest and follow your dreams. That's what I took away from the story.
"blah blah blah"
too much about politics in this story. I ended up fast forwarding a good part of it. The last hour is a little hard to take as well.
