Would you listen to The Wedding again? Why?

Yes! I will surely will listen to it again. Love the story and the narrator does a pretty good job her voice is easy to listen to.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Both Brenna and Connor can't go wrong with both. The go together like bacon and eggs.

What does Heather Wilds bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

When listening to a book is like having a bran new version of the book if it's done well and she does. She as a nice voice not scratchy nor gruff nor whinny (I hate whinny voices). But I wouldn't stop reading the print or e-book they all go together.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    Blue Paint and Weddings

The choice between adhering to a long-held pact and finally accepting love could prove Lady Tabitha Shelton's unhinging. She is plump, plain, pleasant... and thoroughly unappealing to any of the men of the ton - apart from fortune hunters. A self-appointed wallflower, she has every intention of remaining one. Tabitha made a vow of spinsterhood with her cousins when they were girls, and she refuses to go back on her word.

The fairy tale courtship did not turn into a happily-ever-after. Not until her husband dropped dead, that is. He had been horrible enough to Christiana during their short marriage, and she was not going to allow the traditional period of mourning to ruin her sisters' debuts as well. So she decides to put him on ice and go on as if nothing's happened.... Until the real earl appears.

I did like this book when I first read it in print.
I think Sarah Coomes was trying to hard. To much exclamations and to much emphasis on certain words that in my view didn't really did any.
Her character voices were very lacking, they all sounded alike, she even had a female tone for Daniel one of the males. The love/sex scenes were over done.

Now a widow, Felicity Harrison does not recognize the handsome nabob as the young man left for dead by highwayman years earlier. Though she wants nothing more than to snub the arrogant man who promises to rescue her family from financial ruin in exchange for presenting his sister to Society, she cannot snub him. She must force herself to bear his company. Why is it the humbly born Thomas Moreland possesses more nobility that any man of her class? And why is it she finds it harder and harder to mourn a dead man when Thomas's virility awakens her deepest desires?

Well...the narrator didn't bring anything to the book. Don't know if the way book itself was written brought that voice cause in other books samples she doesn't whine as much.
The only good part of the story was the kidnapping and the rescue which were both rushed and still whiny.

Fun easy read and listening. Mikeal Naramore does one great job! His rendition of the characters is almost perfection. He can do male, female, old, young, grumpy and happy and his accents...well no question about them he really as it! Would like to hear him do a crying baby, I'd bet he would nail that one too.
this is one more that I'll surely listen to again and again.

Where does Prince Charming rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    Loved this story !
The narration didn't take anything from it, as usual Rosalyn Landor was great. She can do voices...male, female, kids and even old ladies and accents, too.One thing that bothers me...a couple of times I'm sure I heard her say grandfather when it is clear in the story that it's a grandmother they're talking about. Did anyone else hear this?

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Narrator is not consistant with the voices, I had trouble keeping up with who said what and her male voices were plum bad!Rosalyn Landor or Julia Motyka would of done a better job. There was a lot of details we didn't need and a lot that should of been in this story.

Would of kick and bash Raveneau's head a couple of times. The worst was when he leaves her on the island.
