I was happy to find this on Audibles, I have read the other books in this series and found this one to be just as good. I like that Stephanie Laurens' female leads are smart and quick minded. It is so much fun reading her writing and the performance was done perfectly.

Miranda Puckett has failed at every job she’s ever had. Her mother just wants her to come home, join the family law firm, and settle down with Jason, the perfect lawyer boyfriend. But when Jason turns out to be a lying cheater, Miranda seizes on a job that gets her out of town: long-distance vampire transportation. Her first assignment is to drive vampire Collin Sutherland from Washington to sleepy Half Moon Hollow without incident—no small feat for a woman whom trouble seems to follow like a faithful hound dog!

What did you love best about Driving Mr. Dead?

I loved the female lead, she had such back luck it was comical.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

She read well, but didn't have enough dynamics in her volume.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed out loud multiple times, Molly Harper has a great sense of humor and infuses her characters with sarcasim and wit wonderfully!

Trace O'Hurley had turned his back on responsibility and commitment long ago. Now he lived the way he wanted, did what he wanted when he wanted. But that was all going to change.

If you could sum up Without a Trace in three words, what would they be?

    Nora Roberts writing

What did you like best about this story?

It stayed in theme with the other books involving the O'Harleys. It was entertaining and Trace O'Harley was a good character with moments of sarcasim that made me laugh out loud.

What about Marie Caliendo’s performance did you like?

Enjoyed Marie's performance. Her Irish accent was fabulous. I would listen to another story narrated by Ms. Caliendo.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I enjoy listening at work, so this was perfect for a one day listen.
