Is it possible that there exists an ancient mystery that holds the secret of America's future? That this mystery lies behind everything from 9/11 to the collapse of the global economy? That ancient harbingers of judgment are now manifesting in America? That God is sending America a prophetic message of what is yet to come? Before its end as a nation, there appeared in ancient Israel nine specific warnings and omens of national destruction - these same Nine Harbingers are now manifesting in America with profound ramifications.

    its message

Has The Harbinger turned you off from other books in this genre?

    absolutly not

    Any additional comments?

THe message was timely and awsome as stated.... I will read it again and again and insist that my friends and family read it too, however, he is not a fictional writer and it shows... but I guess you do what you got to do in order to get your message accross.

What did you like best about Silent Revenge? What did you like least?

the plot was good/ that although the hero was a strong figure throughout the book at the end he missed the mark and all that build up of intelligence that was accredited to him he miss major signs in the end of the book

Have you listened to any of Rosalyn Landor’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I enjoy Rosalyn, I have since looked up other books that she has read to see if I might be interested in them

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The end... the beginning I thought was cute and the book was fun but at the end I was like enough already how many obstacles can one story have and/or one reader take in one book

What would have made this romance irresistible?

    marriage at the end

    Any additional comments?

this is the second book I have read by the author, she tends to have a good story line but tends to fall short in putting it all together for the best overall package

    no

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The bones of the store had good intentions, however, she poured it on too much on some point going over the top to the unbelievable

Was Honor's Splendour worth the listening time?

I did finish it but I did fast forward over some parts

    Any additional comments?

I thing you either love or hate Julie Garwood, this is my second book I tried of hers.... I am now hanging up my hat.

I purchased this book at a discount and it was a nice surprise. I will definitely read the author again. It was not real deep but as Stephen King said about short stories once it was a "kiss in the dark" I finished it with a smile.

Yes, it was cute if you like American historical romance

I was stretching out and trying something new I am a 90% regency romance reader. I probably will not read another one of her book because it is not a regency romance, however, he is a very good writer. The story flowed well and character connections were well done.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

no it was not what I expect in a romance it seemed that the writer was more interested in the daily lives of the poor then the connection of the main characters

Would you recommend A Lady Awakened to your friends? Why or why not?

    no for the above reason

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

yes it did in that the story was slow so it made sense that the narration was slow also I lessoned to it on my iPhone at the speed of 1.25

Was A Lady Awakened worth the listening time?

    I do not think so

    Any additional comments?

I purchased this book on the recommendation of someone I follow, it did not live up to her five stars. The author was more passionate about the tragedy and suffering of the everyday poor then the connection of the two main characters. I probably would not have mined the intrusion so much it the other was just as passionate. If I want to read doom and gloom I would read the newspaper.

    A must read!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Jessica, she was a strong female character that understood men and their pride and knew when to push and when to pull back. She had a brain as well as an humor.

    Which scene was your favorite?

Wow there were so many... but I guess when she shot him! FOR REAL! I could not believe it!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The scene when Dane asked her to marry him... and she did not in pride say no but understood his turmoil within and too the chance

    Any additional comments?

Bravo! Well Done!I knew I had a winner from the first chapter if not the prolog. Wonderful writing, well thought out and reasonable story, romance with relationship connection with two strong main charters as well as interesting supporting charters. Well Done!I was happy and sad at the same time… happy to find this 5 start and sad that I must now resume the search once more.

Would you recommend A Rogue by Any Other Name to your friends? Why or why not?

no because it could not fulfill its promise

    Which scene was your favorite?

the last scene.... oh how I wish the whole book could have been just as romantic

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

    no not as it is

    Any additional comments?

Please believe the negative reviews on this one. I wish I did... I really wanted to like this author she came highly recommended but now being shot in the foot twice ( I read One Good Duke deserve a lover also.... ) I will not go back The writer has some skills but not enough to pull her stories together... she over writes the female characters in one hand and disables them in the other... I wonder do she like men... because in both book they fell extremely short... I love to see an empowered woman but she must be paired with an even stronger man. Skipped through this towards the end and eventually skipped to the end.

I just finished one of her other book More than and Mistress and was fairly pleased so I purchased this one... and got whiplash When I started skipping through then skipping whole chapters I knew I was in trouble... there was no draw between the main characters I think she got caught up with the story and forgot it was a romance novel. I want my money back on this one... NO I did not finish the book.
