i am deeply moved by the teachings of Ram Dass. I only began listening to him a year ago and he has touched my core. The teachings are transformative and soft. He describes the spiritual with a humble sincerity which will touch the open mind which is ready to move beyond the culture-at-large and the personal egoic structure.
The Way of Zen, Alan Watts~ the teachers are like book-ends, describing a full spirituality focused from the inside out, rather than dogma and belief structures...
There were parts that brought tears of joy and realization...
when i read the review for this recording prior to purchase, i recall comments regarding a gentleman wo laughed throughout the seminar. it is true, the gentleman laughs loud and often, but i find the laughter so full of joy, and it connects with the indwelling joy of Eckhart Tolle to such a degree that it adds a unique light to this recording. each recording/teaching is meaningful, this one, i feel is unique BECAUSE of the laughter and joyous spirit the gentleman unwittingly brought to the seminar, and was unwittingly recorded for ALL of us to share in.
this is a must-have for your audible Tolle library shelf, you will not be disappointed~and if the man's laughter bothers you, you must honestly ask, what negativity is the laughter igniting within you, and for what reason?
