A really good read. Enough twists and turns to keep both the new readers and faithful Patricia Cornwell fans guessing.
Maybe I'm getting a little tired of Becky Bloomwood. I realized I don't like this reader as well as Kate Redding. It gets to the point where you want to say - "Becky, just take a stand and be yourself!"
I just really couldn't get into this book. The reader lulls you to sleep and that's just not fair to Jonathan Kellerman!
I liked this book. Really, really liked it. Have listened to it twice and I didn't get tired of it. A little disturbing but in the truest sense of Patricia Cornwell.
However, I also found it in paper version - and there's a lot of illustrations referenced that I didn't realize is included in the book. If you're really fascinated by the Ripper (ha!ha!) you'll want this - and the book version, too.
