Being dead sucks. Make that being undead sucks. Literally. Just ask Thomas C. Flood. Waking up after a fantastic night unlike anything he's ever experienced, he discovers that his girlfriend, Jody, the woman of his dreams, is a vampire. And surprise! Now he's one, too.

Heard "You Suck" on XM radio, bought all 3 audios. Gotta start with Bloodsucking Fiends, then You Suck, and last Bite Me. ALL 3 were great. Susan Bennett is super reading this to you! Money well spent!

Clouds are brewing over Cadogan House, and recently turned vampire Merit can't tell if this is the darkness before the dawn or the calm before the storm. With the city itself in turmoil over paranormals and the state threatening to pass a paranormal-registration act, times haven't been this precarious for vampires since they came out of the closet. If only they could lay for a bit, and let the mortals calm down. But that's when the waters of Lake Michigan suddenly turn pitch black - and things really start getting ugly.

Because the author, or who ever, changed the reader... I refuse to continue "listing" to any book who changes narrators in the middle of a series.

I've given this book, number 5, low ratings simply because I'm not buying the rest. I'm sure its good, not heard it yet, but thats it.

Not sure who changed it, the author or the reader, but I'm done with this series.

Times are hard for newly minted vampire Merit. Ever since shapeshifters announced their presence to the world, humans have been rallying against supernaturals---and they're camping outside of Cadogan House with protest signs that could turn to pitchforks at any moment. Inside its doors, things between Merit and her Master, green-eyed heartbreaker Ethan Sullivan, are tense.

I look forward to book 5, but that will be my last one in the series because I've gotten to like Cynthia Holloway narrating.

To change a reader in any series is stupid, in my view, and makes it hard at least for me, to finish a series.

The series so far is good. I'm on book 3, towards the end as of this review and getting ready to get book4.

The reader is fine, to me she can change voice and pitch enough I know who's shes talking about. Story line is good, leaves you wondering what will happen next, least it does to me.

Over all, yes, I'd recommend the books.

Like all of Molly's books, they are fantastic. This one could of been longer compared to others for the price. Amanda Ronconi again hits out of park. Amanda does a PERFECT job at narrating all of Molly's books and I hope she continues doing so.

Never could she have known that her frozen slumber would come to an end 50 years too soon and that she would be thrust into the brave new world of a spaceship that lives by its own rules.

Be nice to have both readers reading back and forth instead of changing chapters. Like if Elder asks Amy a question, Amy's reader should answer, not Elder's voice. Over all, I liked it.

Maybe it was the Shenanigans gift certificate that put her over the edge. When children's librarian and self-professed nice girl Jane Jameson is fired by her beastly boss and handed $25 in potato skins instead of a severance check, she goes on a bender that's sure to become Half Moon Hollow legend. On her way home, she's mistaken for a deer, shot, and left for dead.

...in a few parts, the music was overpowering the voices, you could hardly hear the reader and when they spoke low, impossible. Who ever put this book and music to audible did a poor job.

If you (audible.com) want better reviews on this one, redo the sound or take the music out.

Other then that, I liked it. Gave an insight into a few areas I didn't know about. Such as where Jane came from, and Enders parents meeting.
