Never got to go to a library until the age of 8 ! Since then I have become a book addict. History, biography and fiction all thrill me.

    Story

I have read other books set in this time and environment, example " The People of the Book" and learned new things as well as enjoyed the story. This book started with an interesting concept and quickly went down hill. The characters felt shallow to me and the story became repetitive. I finished it hoping it would somehow redeem itself but I was disappointed.

Would you try another book from Dan Brown and/or Paul Michael?

As always Dan Brown is fun to listen to but his hero is getting way over the human level...definitely into the realm of Super Hero status.

If you’ve listened to books by Dan Brown before, how does this one compare?

They're all outlandish fluff. Good for listening while gardening but not worth reading

Have you listened to any of Paul Michael’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Paul Michael saves this book. I always enjoy his performances.

Did Inferno inspire you to do anything?

Not a thing but laugh at many of the situations.

Vikas Swarup's spectacular debut novel, the inspiration for the award-winning film, opens in a jail cell in Mumbai, where Ram Mohammad Thomas is being held after correctly answering all 12 questions on India's biggest quiz show, Who Will Win a Billion? It is hard to believe that a poor orphan who has never gone to school could win such a contest. But through a series of exhilarating tales, Ram explains to his lawyer how episodes in his life gave him the answer to each question.

    Overall

I didn't see the movie and the book didn't have a real draw for me. I loved it from start to finish!! On top of a great story, wonderful writing and characters who were so real to me, the narrator is excellent. Fun book.

For every new surgical procedure, from heart transplants to gender reassignment surgery, cadavers have been there alongside surgeons, making history in their quiet way.
