You'll learn why things are out of control so you can get them back in order and keep them that way. You'll uncover the mental and emotional roots of clutter - guilt, fear, rebellion, habit - so you can get rid of it. Even the best cleaning methods are useless if you can't keep up and soon slip back into old habits. Stop struggling. You can overcome that old, unsuccessful mind-set and discover a new way of thinking that makes messiness a thing of the past.

All of us find ourselves, at one time or another, facing the unexpected and asking "How did I get here?" Whether because of disappointments in love, crises in health, family, or finances, professional dissatisfaction, or events beyond your control, life doesn't look like you expected or intended it to. In this program Barbara De Angelis teaches you how to use whatever you're going through as a springboard for regeneration and rebirth.

Carolyn says: "HOW DID I GET HERE"
    "Don't waste your money."
    Overall

One of the worst. I like Barbara as a talk show host long time ago, but not as an author after hearing this. I learned nothing to help myself with this audio. She talks mostly about herself (mostly problems with her career, pet...) to get your sympathy and then leads you to a "dream world" where you get confused of what to do with your life. There is no straightforward, simple guidelines. If you are confused what to do with your life before you hear this, you will be more confused after listening to it.

While anger deserves our attention and respect, women still learn to silence our anger, to deny it entirely, or to vent it in a way that leaves us feeling helpless and powerless.

    Sharon says: "Very helpful audiobook"
    "Not helpful."
    Overall

The author's voice sounds like a waitress at a 60s cafe.... not very pleasant. The audible is not relaxing at all. It gives long examples with little guides. I did not find it helpful.
