Great book for getting to know some of the military personnel who have served to keep this Nation great. The narration is good but the book comes across a bit anti-warish. The more depressing parts of the battles are emphasized. Worth listening to.
Could not finish. Title is quite misleading. Has nothing to do with righteousness.
Great story of integrity doing the right thing in the face of danger and hardship. Amazing story that is History!
A bit slow and not a book to teach morality, friendship, mutual teamwork. Speed up the story, clean up the relationships so that they are mutually supportive, take out the part where an adult man hits on a teenage boy.
Such a wonderful life of faith, duty, and loyalty to God! Amazing how he stayed true to God's call and continued to care for the people he was called to care for. So worth the time to listen to or to read.
The book is funny but oh so crude. Heavy on the sailor's language and sex. Got to be books that are just as entertaining but a little more wholesome.
The story is captivating, the plot is riveting, the characters are shallow and self serving. Hope the characters do not reflect society because they end up more focused on self service than meaningful relationship. A book about dysfunctional relationships!!
Very few redeeming traits. Everything goes wrong and your left with a blue mood. Whatever happened to happy win win endings?
Listened then told my wife it was helpful and that she should listen. Good practical advice that is more for the parent than how to handle your children.
What a great story and Awesome reading!! The book is overly long but the details are needed to pull the characters stories together. Gets a bit racy towards the last 1/3 of the book which was not needed.
Overall was good enough to get the sequel Judas Unleashed, if for no other reason than to find out what happens to Aussey.
And the story goes on and on and on and on with detail after detail after detail. The only reason I listened to this one is I have committed so much time to the other four books. The endearing characters were seldom spoken of except John Snow, and the noble and good characters were killed or pushed aside. Uh...
