Unfortunately, I can't relate to these scenarios.
I recommend learning the Sandler Sales System. The offer boring corporate examples too. But it is a process you can follow.
Don't listen to this prude with "Christian moral values."
What are they doing reading this book anyway? How naughty.
It's mostly about the science of human attraction and it confirms things that you may know intuitively but it can help you be more deliberate. I'd recommend it.
