I wanted to read this book a long time ago, but never got time for it. Now after listening, I understand why it was a bomb when it came out. For a people who feel that there is much more out there that official sources are telling us, this material is an eye opener. I believe this book has inspired a lot of scholars to re-think conventional history of our world and made some scientists to question there knowledge (although I don't think many would admit it). There many great articles and other books that, I believe, this book had given birth to. There are more then 45 years passed since it came out first, but questions this book rises are still unanswered. For further seek, I suggest to read Earth Chronicles by Zecharia Sitchin, where author elaborates our history from translated clay tablets of ancient Sumeria.
