Yes, I would listen to The Family Business again. The story is entertaining and engaging enough that a second listen would catch parts of the story that I missed the first time.
Any Godfather-ish book could be compare to The Family Business. The ties of family and business, gangsters, drugs are all included in the story.

Younger more 'radical' folks might enjoy the 'rap' type of nature of this book.
Not if the his books have this type of leaning in language. It is not that the language is cursing or swearing, but has 'hallucinogenic' type rhythms to his writing.
I have not, but his voice is compelling.
