Very funny, enjoyable book.... One of my favorites...
I enjoyed reading the book about Farrah Fawcett. I thought it was well written, beautifully read and touching. However I did come across with an upsetting feeling about Alana popping Ativans. Is everyone in Hollywood on some sort of medication? I just think that Ativan must be passed out in Hollywood like candy on Halloween. We all go through tough daily struggles without popping Ativans. This book although it moved me deeply about the struggles and hardship that Farrah endured during her ordeal with cancer and the committment of her friend to stay by her side as a support also left me wondering about some other things....All in all I liked the book and would recommend readers reading the book.
I was hesitant in purchasing this book but was ever so glad I did. I enjoyed it from the word go and the narration was superb!!!!
I tried twice to read this book, others have loved it, decided to listen to it on tape and it came alive and I enjoyed it so much more!
