Honor Harrington has survived ship-to-ship combat, assassins, political vendettas, and duels. But this time, Honor and her crew, ambushed and captured, are aboard an enemy ship, bound for a prison planet aptly named "Hell" - and her scheduled execution. Yet the one lesson Honor has never learned is how to give up. She and her people are going home--even if it means conquering hell to get there!

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I would love to share this book with my children, but there are a few parts that are not approiate. I think the book could have been fine with out them and just have an oblique reference.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I enjoy series because the minor characters can be reintruduced from time to time.

Have you listened to any of Allyson Johnson’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Ms. Johnson has read the entire series. This is a big plus in my book. During the series, she has be come my favrote femail reader.

Do you think In Enemy Hands needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

There are already several books and spinnoff in this series.

    Any additional comments?

I listend to about two books a week. I enjoy long running series, read by a good reader. In this series, Ms. Johnson has used many dialets and speach patterns for the characters and has maintained them throughout the series.

On June 30, 1908, an object fell from the sky, releasing more energy than a thousand Hiroshima bombs. A Siberian forest was flattened, but the strike left no significant crater. The anomaly came to be known as the Tunguska Event, and scientists have never agreed whether it was the largest meteor strike in recorded history - or something else. Alien artifacts have been uncovered since the 1908 event, and a new star drive is discovered.

there was too much to get the story started and not enough to finish. I felt the story was read to me and not that I was listening to a story.
