The third book in the Above the Line series follows filmmakers Chase Ryan and Keith Ellison as they celebrate their first successful movie. But in the midst of family relationships, broken budgets, and conflicting dreams, Chase and Keith must find their way through the maze of pain and questions that comes with everything they thought they wanted.

I think I have read all of Karen Kingsbury's books. I love this series because it not only is a great story, it also includes some of the Baxter and Flanigan family members from her past series. It just feels like coming home.

What boundaries would you cross for true love? That's the question a grieving mother must answer when she takes in a young street musician to learn about her daughter's death and finds herself falling for him. A sexy but touching love story that will have you equally tantalized and in tears. Jane's Melody follows a forty-year-old woman on a romantic journey of rediscovery after years of struggling alone. Would you try another book from Ryan Winfield and/or Emily Beresford?

    Not from this author.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

I actually skipped to the last 20 minutes to find out the ending because I couldn't take listening to all the sex stuff.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

No because it would be "R" rated.

    Any additional comments?

I think the author had a great story idea but totally ruined it with all of the sex in it. I was going to try his trilogy next but after not being able to listen to this book any more, I don't think I will.

From the glamorous ease of life in Prague before the Occupation, to the horrors of Nazi Europe, The Lost Wife explores the power of first love, the resilience of the human spirit, and the strength of memory.

If you could sum up The Lost Wife in three words, what would they be?

I don't want to write any spoilers, but want to say that you MUST read this book. The story is happy, sad, heart-wrenching, satisfying, well written, etc. Just make sure to have a box of tissues handy - I cried through the whole last hour of this book. The author did an amazing job with this story, the chapters changing between the stories of Josep and Lenka. The narrators did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this book.

What would have made Falling into You better?

Taken out the graphic sex parts.

What was most disappointing about Jasinda Wilder’s story?

Too much "very graphic" sex. The story was interesting until the "R" rating started.

What about Gabriel Vaughan and Piper Goodeve ’s performance did you like?

    O.K.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Falling into You?

I think you can figure that out from this review. Sometimes leaving some things to the imagination is better than spelling it out.

    Any additional comments?

If you want to read good graphic hot sex, read 50 shades. PLUS I thought this was a YA book. - way too graphic for teenagers.

On an entirely normal, beautiful fall day in Chester's Mill, Maine, the town is inexplicably and suddenly sealed off from the rest of the world by an invisible force field. Planes crash into it and fall from the sky in flaming wreckage, a gardener's hand is severed as "the dome" comes down on it, people running errands in the neighboring town are divided from their families, and cars explode on impact. No one can fathom what this barrier is, where it came from, and when - or if - it will go away.

What made the experience of listening to Requiem the most enjoyable?

Beside the storyline, the narrator, Sarah Drew, is absolutely amazing.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Requiem?

Hana's final "normal" act. AND, of course, the very end (don't want to make a spoiler).

Which character – as performed by Sarah Drew – was your favorite?

    Lana, without a doubt.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Made me unable to put it down. I waited quite a while for the third book to be published, got it when it became available, and just listened to it, thoroughly enjoying every part of it.

Better than Hunger Games - so good that I don't have the words to say!!!!

This was the most amazing, brilliant trilogy I have read in years. It was impossible to put down. The writing was good, the characters relate-able, the story was amazing - I know, I keep saying amazing. I just finished the third book and I am just sitting here in awe of the story. WOW is really the only word that comes to mind. I hope that Richard Phillips continues to write stories like this for years to come.
