Great stuff about one of England’s most famous. It was a real pleasure reading another Churchill biography. And maybe that shouldn’t have not have surprised me. What else could be expected when an experienced, articulate politician writes about an experienced, articulate politican?
Not too much new history hiding here. But the skill with which Kinzer weaves it all together makes for a great read.
Spencer’s book will make you want to learn more about early Islamic history. He does not mince harsh words about one of the world’s largest and fastest growing religions.
