"Not your normal Zombie story"
how to you really survive after the out break? How is your life going to be? This will give you an idea if how things may be in 200 years
"Fairly disapointed"
Tufo is finally killing off Michael Talbot, however, he did it in such a slow manner, it put me to sleep. Maybe Tufo's next book will be better.
"I didn't know how I'd like Tofo's next series"
I think Tufo's becoming one of my favorite writers.
I was very happy with this series, I ended up listen to all three books this weekend.
"I had to read them all this weekend - Very Good"
It's not a Zombie series, however, it's just as fun.
I had to get all three, and read them this weekend.
Even though Mike is back in the middle of things, and some of the background is taken from Tufo's other series, this set was a real treat.
I hope there will be a book four.
"Read them all in one weekend."

"Painful to listen to"
I've never read anything by Wayne Simmons before, however, after struggling to get 1/4 through this book, and finally giving up, I don't think I'll ever read anything by him again. I finally just gave up and called it unreadable.
I've yet to figure out who the main char. is, or what the story is about - it starts off as a typical Zombie story, people turning undead, then wanders off into some girl that's being held captive by some guy. From there it only got worse.
"Leaves it open for a follow up book."
Starts like your "normal" zombie book, however, quickly ventures into an area not explored by most zombie books.
I'd expect to see a follow up book, since this one leaves it open for another.
"Interesting background on the "Zombie" war"
Normally, you only read/hear, the story after the Zombies have taken over the world, or at the start of the takeover. WWZ goes back and fills in the missing parts, gives you a very good back story; given from the point of view of those that where there, and lived it.
"Get both books"
Like Zombie books? Then this one, and Exile are for you. I hope to see more from Bourne.
"So I like Zombies"
Out of the large number of Zombie books out there, this is one of the best I've ever listened to. Bourne does a great job of bring the listener into the story that your going to want to see more from him.
