We've all heard it before: when times are tough, go back to the basics. It seems simple, but the reality is that in good times, many of us let some of the most important principles of selling go by the wayside, which leaves us scrambling when a downturn hits. That's why world-renowned sales expert Tom Hopkins is here to remind us that challenges are a constant aspect of selling and that the key to success is to keep your attitude positive and to never stop striving for excellence.

Sharing strategies and answers from a lifetime of selling, Jeffrey has packed The Little Red Book of Selling with the information you've been searching for. You'll learn a philosophy of success - long term, relationship-driven, and referral-oriented - that has nothing to do with manipulation or other old-world sales tactics, and has everything to do with understanding buying motives and taking ethical, relationship-building actions.

    Fernando says: "Questionable Advice"
"Great tool and Jeffrey is a tool too."
    Overall

I have been in sales for over 20 years and most of this book highlights points that many of us have had to learn the hard way.

Jeffrey is clear and straight to the point. He also has no problem telling us how good he is and how much we suck.

If you can get through the ego and bile this is a very good book. If you re just getting started in sales this is a must read.
