    Would you listen to The Scar again? Why?

    I would listen again if only to hear the narrator. You can get lost in the story with his talent.
    The story reads like an adult fable and fantasy adventure.


    What was one of the most memorable moments of The Scar?

    Egerts dual with Dynar(?). after which you can't decide if you are disgusted with him, pity him or are sympathetic to his story.


    What about Jonathan Davis’s performance did you like?

    he can really paint a picture of characters and situations with his inflections. he draws you into the story as if you were an eyewitness to the events.


    Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

    Just kept me listening, and entertained.

    Sarah Woolson has always dreamed of becoming a lawyer. The trouble is that, in 1880, everyone believes a woman belongs in the home, married and taking care of babies. Using her brains and a little bit of subterfuge, Sarah somehow manages to finagle her way into one of the city's most prestigious law firms, becoming an associate attorney and acquiring her very first client, a lovely young society matron accused of brutally stabbing to death her wealthy but abusive husband.

    What did you love best about Murder on Nob Hill?

    If you are tired of intense and complicated storylines this is an easy listen. Good introduction to a new character, with several other significant characters that can be developed in future books. As I said though, a light story.


    What aspect of Anna Fields’s performance would you have changed?

    Needs a more distinct voice for the various characters. Narrates as the main character well.
