I would recommend this to all who have been waiting for a "conclusion" to Bean's story.
It was an interesting concept. I do not want to ruin the plot for anyone. It had me wanting to listen continuously.
This is on par with all other books produced by Blackstone Audio. I haven't heard one of their narrators I did not like.
Definitely... and with this book length I could.
I wish it was a full novel.
This is the reason for my review. While Ax Norman's voice is pleasant to listen to his performance is HORRIBLE. Mispronounced names, monotone reading, and whispered shouts are all part of this dismal performance. I would not recommend this reading for those who are new to the world of Dragonlance. At times I could engross myself in the story and completely forget the pitiful presentation.I know that I've been spoiled with all of the other wonderful narrators. There really are too many to mention. Ax should learn from some of them.
This was a great book for a road trip. The dramatization is different than most of my books. I enjoyed it as a change of pace. This is the type of audiobook my wife prefers.
As a classic this story ranks up towards the top. I really enjoyed the spirit Ms. Hathaway brought the reading.
I find that I get more out of listening to books than reading them. It allows my mind to think about what is happening while it was being read. Plus this was a great road trip book.
I would have loved to listen to this book all at once. Unfortunately the drive wasn't long enough.
I would recommend this to any listening with young children.
