The story, the narrator, it all worked! This book left me wanting more, I can't wait for the next installment.
The fact that Rosie is actually reading it, to hear her story, in her own voice was amazing and really added to the book.
How she broke up the sad parts with laughter, her comedic timing was great.
I throughly enjoyed this book, it was so interesting and surprising to find out the dark past she came from but is still the bubbly personality we see today. Also she is hilarious, there are some real laugh out loud moments in this book! She is a true star!
Interesting, entertaining, surprising
When the truth about the accident came out
no but I will defintely look for more of her work, I enjoyed her
a few shocking moments
Really didn't know Wendy could write so well, I was pleasantly surprised by this book and am hoping there will be a continuation of this story. It left me wanting more!
I enjoyed this story a great deal, it kept my interest to the very end.
I actually listened to the sequel Welfare Wifeys first before I realized that there was a book before it. This is a good listen but the narrator just didn't live up to the job that the Welfare Wifeys narrator gave. I still suggest this book because it gives you more insight on the charactors which I enjoyed.
