I voted for W twice. I thought he had a pretty rough time in office, very challenging compared to other presidents. He failed us on a few fronts, and he succeeded on a few. Overall, this book doesnt really change anything, or reveal any truths, its just good ole W talking himself up. I think this book is a decent history lesson, but overall it really has nothing more to offer. During the book, I really started to like W more than I remembered, but then I saw some footage of some interviews and comments from his presidency, and realized this book was mostly fluff.
The book has its moments, its not the worst book I have listened to, but its just the story takes place over a very long length of time, and there are a lot of characters and plots. I listened to it on vacation, so it was pretty easy to listen to while lounging poolside but I cant recommend this to most readers.
This book was just like the rest, it had all the elements of the series and I enjoyed it. If you are a fan of the series you will enjoy it.
This was a good read. It was not a book that really stands out, but it is just another good book in the series.
Skin Tight was my first Hiassen novel and it was absolutely fantastic. This one was very much less fantastic. Its a decent read but not Skin Tight.
