"Garbage!"
If you are someone who is well read and enjoys vampire stories and concepts, this is the wrong book for you. Actually all the books you should run in the other direction from in this series. I have read all Anne Rice books which I loved. I also read the Stephanie Meyers Saga and that was written for children which was better composed then this garbage. Harris writes her characters with lack depth or insight. The storyline is weak and it's written like all the south is full of white trash. I can't read another second of it. Hope no one makes the same mistake I did by listening to the other reviews on this site.
