"Great listen for Mil Sci Fi fans"
Solid story, keeps it interesting with frequent action. Often when I listen to several books of a series in a row I get irritated with some of the writers repetitive quirks. I didn't notice that with the Star Force series.
Similar to Ringo's looking glass series but better, less pseudo-science and lengthy techno lectures.
"Great follow-up to MHI"
This book just kept right on going from the first. Just as entertaining and the reader really fits the characters. Great book.
"Surprisingly Great"
Fast-paced, action, entertaining.
He really does a great job sounding like the characters are described if that makes sense. No irritating mannerisms, easy to listen to.
Based on the title of this book I was prepared for it to be really awful. I was pleasantly surprised that it was one of the best I've listened to recently. I'm now on the next book in the series.
"Slllloooooooooowwwwwwww"
The story needed to move along much faster. I listened for about 6 hours and just got too bored so I switched to another book. Lots of talking but not much happened.

Scott Brick was Scott Brick
Half of them
In fairness you often need to push through the build up to get to the good part and maybe if I listened for 5 more minutes I'd have been hooked and reviewing this as the best story ever. Sometimes foreshadow is just not enough.
