In her ninth adventure, Sookie has just tied on her cocktail waitress apron for a night's work when a special report comes on the television. The time has come. The wereanimals have revealed themselves.

Anne Hoag says: "High expectations not met"
    "LEAST favorite of the series"
    Overall

This book barely answered any of my questions.. I really wanted Sookie and Eric to solidify their relationship but in the end if was the same Eric vs. Bill debate. I feel like this book was rushed.. when I finished it I just wanted more!

    Bummer :(

Could you survive on your own, in the wild, with everyone out to make sure you don't live to see the morning? In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by 12 outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

St. Vladimir's Academy isn't just any boarding school - it's a hidden place where vampires are educated in the ways of magic and half-human teens train to protect them. Rose Hathaway is a Dhampir, a bodyguard for her best friend Lissa, a Moroi Vampire Princess. They've been on the run, but now they're being dragged back to St. Vladimir's - the very place where they're most in danger.

Felicity says: "Buy it! Vampire fan or not."
    "It's... alright"
    Overall

The storyline was pretty boring.. and the narrator is HORRIBLE. She literally just made different squeaky noises for each character. I really recommend the Sookie Stackhouse series, or Twilight instead! HOWEVER, for $3, it was totally worth it.
