"It has its moments, but it gets spiritual"
I would, because the author does some interesting points, but I would warn my friend the book gets kind of spiritual and loses objectivity.
There's not really a story in this book, but the book speaks of procrastination in it's different forms and suggests approaches to overcome resistance. Again, it does get a bit spiritual when talking about overcoming resistance, which sucks.
I thought it was interesting when the author talks about identifying the different ways that resistance (the driving force of procrastination) manifests in your life.
Not really. The subject has been covered. I'd be affraid that a follow up would be pretty disappointing.
