The last thing I expected of a story about Hugh Hefner was that it would be boring, yet this author spends so much time on cultural influences that it's more like a textbook than an engaging life story.
I thoroughly enjoyed this well written book. A. Scott Berg interjects the story of Katharine Hepburn's life and career with anecdotes of his own personal friendship with the legendary actress, giving the book a wonderful balance.
Thoroughly enjoyable from beginning to end.
