"Wow!"
Yes, in a few years. It is such a cool story. What an imagination!!!!
Only Ringworld is on the same class as this masterpiece.
It took me a while to adjust to the pace of the narrator. There is so much information and new ideas flowing out that I almost put the book on slow speed.
I liked the accents. I liked the flawless, high speed narration.
When I realized the thinking process of the "Moties"
"Pendergast hunts and is hunted"
Did not read the print version
This book is related to the other in this series, but it is loaded with suspense and action. If you like the series, you will love this one!
The Scottish accents are perfect. The tone and inflections add a lot to the suspense.
I laughed in a few places, but mostly I wanted to keep the story moving so I could find out what would happen next.
I'm down to one book left in the series....and then what???
"Zombies anyone?"
I did not read the print version
Of course, it is Pendergast. He continues to be enigmatic and fascinating
I like the whole book!
No, this book is good, front to back. It has a pressing consistency,
This is an excellent read.
"If you like ships...."
Probably, in a few years. It has all the cool factiods and personality details to make for a really fun read.
It's part of a series, and should be read that way.
Super Irish and English accents!
I laughed a few times.
"Another good one!"
This is a key book in the series, and it ties a lot of things together.
The prison sequences were vivid.
No
"Kept me rivited!"
Awesme, Awsome, Awsome!!!
The interplay between characters and the tension of Diogenese's evil kept me listening late into the nights.
Scott is really showing his stuff in this book. Switching accents, nailing the inflections... he is truely great in this performance. Bravo!
Good vs Evil, genious style!
This series continues to amaze me with super creativity and depth. I am getting spoiled!
"Fun little read"
I did not read the print version
It has not
I like the way the story moves along.
Nothing especially
This book is not too long and does not take a lot of effort to follow, so it's an "easy read" that is entertaining.
"Probably good, but not for me"
I could not find myself inside this story. It was clearly written from a female's perspective and I could not relate to much of the feelings.
Probably
I liked the performance
It should not me made into a movie
"Another good read fromg Preston and Child"
Yes, I am going through the entire Pendergast series and this one is necessary
I had guessed it quite a while before the end of the book.
I liked the sheriff, Pendergast and Cory.
I liked the personality development and attitude changes in Cory.
So far, this is the weakest book from these authors I have read. It is good, but I just finished Cabinet of Curiosities, which is WAY better.
"Excellent read!"
This one is near the top of my list. It is imaginative and well designed. I love the progression of these Pendergast stories.
Reliquary. Clearly, this is a series of books. There is not perfect alignment of the characters, but it is adequate.
Pendergast
Old New York
I really like this book.
"What a story!"
It is the best I have read so far.
The scene where DeGassi's hand is nearly cut off.Chase scene up the mountain.
he scene where DeGassi hand is nearly cut off.
No, but I lost a lot of sleep because I could not stop reading.
Superior performance by Scott Brick
