Weiner creates Candice Shapiro, Canny for short, to be a strong independent woman living in the city. Canny recalls her life as she experiences new thrills and struggles. I love that Weiner doesn't portray Canny to be a dependent women like so many other authors have created.

    I couldnt put this book down. I do admit it is a bit predictable the further you get into the book, however there are still many twists and turns that are unexpected.
