    Grant Morrison is a brilliant comic book writer. He's work is always at a cutting edge, engaging and fun.
    This historic look at the medium form his perspecitive was entertaining, interesting and informative.
    If you love (or loved) comics, you'll get a kick out of this book. Well worth the time to feed your inner geek.

    A very compelling listen.

    The story sucked me in and I found myself listening much longer than I had meant to several times.

    Fascinating topic that is well researched, backed up with logical thought, and presented in a fashion that is easy for an non expert to understand.

    If you have any interest in evolution and the effects that it had on making who we are now, I would highly suggest this book to you.

    I really didn't know what to expect out of this alternative history story. Set at the onset of WWI in a different universe, this book 1 of a series, draws you into the story quickly and keeps you there. The storytelling is fast paced, interesting and gets you to want to listen to the rest of the series. Well worth the time
