It's Dan Calebow's worst nightmare: Phoebe Somerville, a trendy New York knockout, inherits the Chicago Stars, the football team he coaches. And she wants to help him run it. Phoebe's sure he needs her. He's a sexist good-ol'-boy jock with a one-track mind. Surely she can straighten him out.

Terrible book. Every plot twist is so-o-o predictable.
I hope all her other books are better!

The president knows it's a perilous, high-risk assignment. If he gives the order, he has the opportunity to take down a global menace, once and for all. If the mission fails, he would face certain impeachment, and the threats against the nation would multiply. So the president turns to the one team that can pull off the impossible: Will Robie and his partner, Jessica Reel. Together, Robie and Reel's talents as assassins are unmatched. But there are some in power who don't trust the pair.

This book is "cheesy"! that is the only way I can describe it. The characters are just exaggerated so much you cannot believe they are real - even in make believe land.

Could you survive on your own, in the wild, with everyone out to make sure you don't live to see the morning? In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by 12 outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

What disappointed you about The Sixth Man?

The worse Baldacci book I have read to date. To many cliches and plot twist that make no sense. Very obviosly he has just written this book for the money and gasve no thought to his reputation as a good writer. Last Baldacci book I will ever read!

Would you ever listen to anything by David Baldacci again?

    No

What three words best describe Ron McLarty and Orlagh Cassidy ’s performance?

    To dramatic

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
