If you like Rob Bell you will love thus book. Rob Bell is a master of asking questions!
I already have! This book is incredible! I did not want to ever stop listening. Once again Stephen King proves he is the best!
It's a toss up between Abra & Dan.
He does an amazing job with all of them! Rose The Hat was especially sinister! Dan Torrence was the most believable.
The entire book was moving because it was truly brilliant! I am moved by anyone who is a master of their craft and Stephen King is a Master Author!
This is one of my all time favorite books. It picks up exactly where The Shining (the book not the movie) left off. I love the book because it not only picks up where the book left off, but it also adds new twists and innovative new elements to the already deliciously twisted story of The Shining. We get to see what happens to little Danny (Doc) Torrence after he survived the Overlook, and we are introduced to a superb new cast of characters.
I doubt it. The only audio book I have ever listened to more than once was Steelheart by Brandon Sanderson.
When the childlike witch raped Macbeth
All of the scenes with the three witches.
I thought the scene in which Banquo dies was really pretty good.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book the narration was simply Brilliant and worth the listen just to hear it. If you liked Macbeth the play you will love the novel. It was very entertaining.
A better story.
The solo grandchild
This book could have been ok, but there were very long stretches of the book that were irrelevant.
The narration is masterful!
This should be a two book series.
The scenes with the Nogri
I wouldn't make a movie about an unnecessary book.
The series starts off great, but then it drags on and on. I found myself zoning out through a lot of the book because there are huge portions that just very compelling.
Conclusion, Finally, Over
There was far to much filler. This should have been two books.
Marc Thompson may be the most versatile narrator I have ever heard.
5 Years after Return of the Jedi.
This trilogy started out great, but there were huge sections of the book that were to slow. it had way to much "filler".
It is 1 or 2. This is a by far the best Trilogy I have ever heard. The narration was MASTERFUL!
It was incredible how well the narration was performed. Each character literally came alive!
They were all great. I especially like the characters Talon Card, and Grand Admiral Thrawn, they were both awesome!
No but it kept me on the edge of my seat the entire listen.
This is a perfect continuation of the Star Wars Saga. It is a must listen for any Star Wars enthusiast!
It was cooky, light hearted, and brilliant.
I can't think of any one moment that was the most memorable. It was very entertaining, because it was different!
This is my first by Stephen Fry, but he was brilliant!
I laughed many, many times through this book.
I loved this book it was deliciously quirky, delectably exotic, & damned funny!
I already have recommended this book to several people. If you like twisted, creepy, and yet brilliant writing this book is for you.
The character development was masterful!
The narrator was terrible. He was dry and monotone through most of the book. It wasn't until the last quarter of the book that I could pick upon his subtle voice inflections for different characters. Although his voice for Crazy Jack Torrence was pretty good.
I have read, and listened to a lot of so called scary books. This is the first book I have ever actually got a little creeped out.
Fantastic book! Weak narration, but worth the listen.
I was expecting more of a philosophical approach, but it a biology lecture.
I'm sure if your were studying that topic from a biological perspective it would be great.
The book is absolute garbage it is idiotic, and just ridiculous. It is outrageous yet boring. Andrews is Masterful the author is dreadful.
Not at all!
This book is worth the credit just to hear what a masterful job Macleod Andrews does. He is by far the best narrator I have heard.
The scenes where he goes through heaven and hell are absolutely ludicrous.
