This book is definitely written for sales professionals, especially those in Financial Services and, even more specifically, Financial Advisors.
Not really sure whether it was his performance or just the content
The basic concept of the book was decent but it just drug on far too long. Additionally, it got really preachy and was narrowly focused on a specific industry with little to no mention of accommodation of other industries.
Absolutely! While I'm not an Apple Fanboy, the insight into Steve Jobs and the process by which Apple was built was very insightful and it was well written such that it kept my attention, even though it was really long.
