I couldn't get past the first hour. I cannot believe they would use a narrator this bad. She pauses ever few words. It's like a machine. Honestly, I don't know if the book is bad, or not.
I know I am in the minority, but I just could not get into this book. The narration is great, but I felt zero chemistry between the characters. I also didn't really feel for them. DNF at chapter 12. :-(
I found this to be extremely boring. i couldn't even finish it. The main characters had no chemistry. I did not enjoy the narrator, either. Her voice was too old sounding and I hated how she changed to an accent every time she pronounced Nicole's parents names. Annoying.
I'm wondering if Jamie McGuire is a one hit wonder. Despite the pretty good narration, this was a DNF for me. The main characters had no chemistry and I was bored to death. I rolled my eyes a lot, especially at the whiny Cami.
The writing is so cliche and eye rolling! Ugh!! The male narrator was good, but the female sounded like someone plugged her nose. It was super annoying. DNF about half way through.
Was Vaughn a Special Agent for the FBI? I'm not sure. It wasn't mentioned enough in the story. This book was below average. I was bored to tears. Vaughn and Sydney didn't have much chemistry, either.
The narrator is average. Not my favorite, but she grows on you as the book goes on.
This was a ridiculous story. Over the top and annoying. The repeated mention of Rory's hot cocoa addiction made me insane. It was like nails raking over a chalkboard. I didn't finish this one.
I could not get into this story. It's a DNF for me. The narrator was great, though.
This was fairly enjoyable. The narrator was one of the best I've ever listened to.
The best audio book I've listened to in a long time! Great narration, too!
I was so disappointed in the ending to this trilogy. :-( The narrator was awesome, though.
