Possibly the best so far if your following the series. The "Great Hunt" a close second. No matter how they review you cannot pick up this book in the middle. If you've finished 1 thru 4 you should read "New Spring" before you do this one. Much insight and a real good story. In this one people are gone you would never have expected to be gone. Rand is slowly becoming someone you'd never recoginize from the first book. I just wish audible would not offer 9 out of 10 books in a series and leave out #5 for so long. The average member is not looking that far ahead when he/she starts out.
I've been waiting for this book a long time.
This book is starting to drag a little. The concept is good and there is some good action from time to time but way to much detail. It's becoming a "chick" book. I had planned to continue because I was in this deep when I found out the next book is 2 credits. No thanks. Jeff
What can I say? The story is there. The plot and chacters are there and John Lee is a fine narrator. However after 100 hours or so I had a clear picture in my mind of each and every chacter and what to expect. It took me 30 minutes to recognize everyone. I never realized how developed the personalities were till I heard someone else try to do them. Still an excellant book but could have been a 5. In any case you can't stop now can you? Jeff
