"Good..."
I love the Alex Delaware novels. John Rubinstein, as always, brings the stories to life. This one was not destined for the literature books, but it's a good story with outstanding narration.
At this point, I won't purchase/listen to any Delaware novels unless Rubinstein is the narrator.
He completely brings this series and cast of characters to life.
Yes.
"The Best Narration Ever"
Aside from being a well written, and deeply frightening (and at the same time hilarious) story, which is no small feat, the narration is the best I've ever heard. I've listen to hundreds (if not thousands) of audiobooks, and this is the only one I have listened to more than twice.
This could have gone either way, since the book is incredibly long, Even though I have read the book before (and yes, seen the mini series also), this audiobook completely brought it to life for me in a way that my imagination didn't. And that's a rare thing.
I wish we could have Mr. Weber narrate The Stand over again.
