Absolutely wonderful story! Over way too soon. Amanda Ronconi definitely has an understanding and feel for Molly Harper's writing style.

Love the new direction the MB is heading. I cannot wait for book 12! This is insane because usually by book 10 a series tends to go stale but Edge of Dawn has the maturity of a book 3 when a series really hits it stride but with the freshness of cracking open Book 1. Thank you Laura Adrian for finding the sweet-spot!

I loved the Highlander series and how it transitioned into the Fever books so I was very happy to read/listen to where KMM would take me next. As in the Fever books I love the addition of Phil Gigante but I was disappointed to see that Natalie Ross was the reader for the female characters again. I do not care for her interpretation of the characters and her accents are a slip, skip and miss most of the time. I usually listen to KMM books over and over because they are well written and when I am going about my day-to-day time seems to fly, unfortunately I do not believe I could block out what frustrates me about NR to fully enjoy a re-read.

Absolutely fantastic book! Terrific writing and a true departure. I was hesitant at first to pick up this book because I wanted more Potter books but I am so very glad I gave The Casual Vacancy a chance. It's a slow and steady burn that before you realize you are totally sucked into the lives of the characters.

I hesitate to say more because I do not want to give anything away, but I will say The Casual Vacancy is a thought provoking journey through society and translates weather you live in Pagford, UK Smalltown, USA or wherever you live, it speaks to parts of ourselves we like and hold a mirror up to the parts we wish we didn't see.

I had heard the VD book series was much better than the television show and those folks were right . If you are into the whole Twilight-thing you will like this book but be sure to have book 2 in your queue.

As for me, I will not need to go any further with the audible version...maybe in the summer I will borrow the books from the library.

I would listen to I Think I Love You again, and as a matter of fact I have! It is a terrific book that made me remember the tween scene of my youth having grown up watchingThe Partridge Family.

My favorite character would have to be Sharon because she represented the joy of just being young and carefree.

I usually read a book first before I listen to the audio version because I like to have my own interpretation of a character's voice but Sian Thomas went over and beyond my imagining. Her enthusiasm and joy for the book came through so much to the point that even I was excited to be heading to London to see David Cassidy (LOL)

I would absolutely listen to this book in one sitting. I started early with some gardening, through prepping for dinner and finished in time to read my gals their bedtime story. During the course of the day I am sure my family asked me several important questions and volunteered me for several school related activaties and I am clueless as to what they were...oh well it was worth it....wait a minute, I have to make how many brownies for the bake sale?!

For those of us who have followed the Betsy books from the beginning and hated how the last book ended, here is your "Reset" button. I like that we get to set things back in order and there is a focused direction for the next book, Undead and Unstable. I wonder if we will regret getting exactly what we asked for...MaryJ basically gave back the baby with the bath water...hmmm...oh well, we will have to see.

The pacing of the book is a little overwhelming and I felt at times that I needed to take a breath to make up a timeline or an algebraic equation to sort everything out. Another minor issue I had with the book was the reader...I am sorry but it was a little difficult to distinguish voices of the characters. Betsy, Sinclair and Jessica were the exceptions...did I mention I liked the book?
